Talent Operations Associate

Solana AG seeks a Talent Operations Associate to build People function systems from the ground up. This remote role combines high-volume interview coordination with strategic process design for candidates and recruiters.

The company is establishing its People function from scratch and needs an associate-level professional to own the operational foundation. This position goes beyond simple coordination; it requires executing interview logistics while simultaneously designing scalable systems and managing meaningful projects in an early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete interview scheduling lifecycle across all stages using Greenhouse and other scheduling platforms.
• Create and maintain the coordination operating model, including intake procedures, service level agreements, and recruiter workflows.
• Act as the main liaison for candidates and interviewers, handling rescheduling, cancellations, and complex time zone coordination.
• Assist with offer letter creation, onboarding paperwork, and the transition from candidate to new employee.
• Participate in broader people operations initiatives such as compensation cycles, performance management, engagement surveys, benefits enrollment, and general HR administration.
• Ensure data accuracy within the ATS and HRIS by conducting regular audits and generating reports.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources team as the department expands, taking on additional HR duties as needed.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in talent operations, HR operations, recruiting coordination, or a similar field.
• Practical experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proven ability to handle high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones with precision and quick responsiveness.
• Strong systems thinking skills to develop repeatable and scalable processes.
• Experience supporting HR or people operations programs beyond just scheduling.
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Clear and professional written communication skills.
• Must be located within the EST to PST time zones.
