Team Lead, CS Quotation

Buhlergroup seeks a Team Lead for CS Quotation to manage the Southeast Asia team and oversee the end-to-end quotation process, driving sales turnover and operational excellence.

The company is looking for a Team Lead to manage Quotation officers across Southeast Asia. This position is responsible for overseeing the complete customer quotation process to support sales growth and ensure high team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide Quotation officers in the Southeast Asia region to maintain high performance and engagement levels.
• Supervise the entire customer quotation workflow to help increase sales revenue.
• Track team workload and distribute resources efficiently to achieve order revenue and turnover targets.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely and thorough issue resolution.
• Develop Level 1 competency in spare parts identification for assigned business units.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage escalations and resolve complex customer issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster team growth through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a technical quotation environment, including 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of machinery and familiarity with MRO.
• Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of SAP/CRM platforms, including Salesforce, SAP SD Module, Stock, and Purchasing.
