Bühler seeks a Controls Application & Quotations Specialist in Holland, CH, to manage control quotations, coordinate projects, and provide technical support for global products.
The company is looking for a professional to handle the development of control quotations, coordinate project execution, and deliver technical assistance through a dedicated help desk. This role supports global product updates and ensures customers and field technicians receive timely engineering and software-related guidance.
Responsibilities
- Creates quotes for Dataview retrofits, control system upgrades, software adjustments, and schematic changes.
- Facilitates global product software modifications by managing quotations, overseeing project execution, and communicating with clients.
- Manages global product schematic updates through quote generation, project coordination, and client liaison.
- Delivers immediate technical troubleshooting and assistance via phone to both customers and Field Service Technicians.
- Manages daily operations of the customer and field service technical support help desk.
Requirements
- Satisfies all criteria for Field Service Technician Level 3.
- Strong capability to interpret and analyze engineering drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
- Maintains calm and professionalism under pressure.
- Solid understanding of industrial controls, as well as electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of BühlerPrince’s policies, procedures, systems, and product lines.
