Buhlergroup seeks a Field Service Technician in Holland, CH, to assemble, test, and repair industrial equipment at client locations, ensuring sustainable operational excellence.
This position focuses on the hands-on assembly, testing, repair, and installation of Buhler products directly at customer facilities. The role supports the company’s mission to balance economic goals with environmental and social responsibility by ensuring equipment operates reliably and sustainably.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, repair, rebuild, retrofit, and install Buhler products at customer sites.
- Execute manufacturing tasks such as wiring, pipe bending, and fabricating hydraulic and electrical components based on blueprints.
- Inspect components to verify proper installation and functionality.
- Prepare written reports detailing service history and follow-up requirements.
- Address customer complaints or escalate issues to qualified personnel.
- Complete individual training plans under the supervision of the Team Leader.
Requirements
- A relevant degree or at least three years of related experience.
- Proven knowledge of industrial controls, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Capacity to remain composed and professional in stressful situations.
