This role serves as the central link between product innovation and its practical execution. The position is responsible for guiding development strategies, uniting various departments, and ensuring that fiber optic solutions achieve top-tier quality and market success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the current range of products
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to introduce new items to the market
- Develop technical and product documentation alongside materials to support sales efforts
- Track product performance from initial concept through to end-of-life
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with development, marketing, and sales to guarantee products satisfy market demands and achieve commercial success
Requirements
- Technical degree in fields such as mechanical engineering, micromechanics, or electrical engineering, complemented by studies in product management or marketing
- Multiple years of experience in technical settings, preferably within product or project management
- Fluency in Italian, German, and English for business operations
- Proficiency with MS Office and ERP platforms
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, collaborative mindset, and a focus on customer needs
