Test Professional

Responsibilities

• Perform testing on various products as per assigned test orders.
• Plan, schedule, and manage test lab revenue.
• Monitor and report test lab revenue.
• Coordinate type tests with internal or external testing laboratories.
• Accept test specimens and perform identity checks.
• Support during the performance of tests.
• Prepare test reports and communicate results.
• Handle calibration of test equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate within project teams, Operations, Quality, EHS, and procurement.
• Contribute to the procurement of test equipment, lab routine requirements, and accessories.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping in the laboratory.
• Participate in continual improvement drives in the facility.
• Contribute to NABL accreditation of the test lab.
• Collaborate with GOA test laboratory for technical/testing topics.
• Own EHS monitoring and reporting of UA/UC.
• Ensure zero accident culture in test laboratory operations.
• Maintain documentation of EHS requirements, HIRA, SOPs, and work permits.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Act as a role model for complete EHS ownership.

Requirements

• Education: B.E/B. Tech Electrical
• Experience: 6-8 years in MV products AIS/GIS/Circuit breakers/Electrical Industry
