Affiliate Partnerships Manager

Solana AG seeks a Mid-level Affiliate Partnerships Manager to build and scale Bullet's affiliate network for a next-generation perpetual DEX. The role focuses on recruiting, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive trader acquisition.

Bullet is developing a next-generation perpetual DEX on Solana with global ambitions. This position is responsible for establishing and expanding the affiliate network by finding, recruiting, onboarding, and managing partners to attract high-quality traders.

Responsibilities

• Find and bring on new affiliate partners.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term connections with top-performing affiliates.
• Oversee affiliate performance and assist partners in achieving their best results.
• Discuss and agree on commercial terms and incentive structures.
• Discover new affiliate opportunities within crypto, trading, and financial sectors.
• Organize campaigns, promotions, and product launches alongside affiliates.
• Collaborate with the Growth team to enhance acquisition performance.
• Review partner performance data and work to improve return on investment.

Requirements

• Background in affiliate management, partnerships, business development, or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of crypto, trading, exchanges, or DeFi.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple partner relationships at once.
• Self-motivated individual with a focus on performance.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a centralized exchange such as Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, MEXC, or KuCoin.
• Existing connections with crypto affiliates, trading communities, influencers, or introducing brokers.
• Familiarity with affiliate software, tracking platforms, attribution, and performance marketing.
• Experience working with KOL agencies or regional affiliate agencies.
• Understanding of perpetual trading and derivatives.
