GEA Pharma Systems AG seeks a Senior Country Manager for Farm Technologies in Austria, Switzerland, and Southeast Europe, based in Kirchberg, CH. The role entails full P&L responsibility and strategic leadership.
The company is looking for an experienced leader to direct the Farm Technologies division across Austria, Switzerland, and Southeast Europe. This position holds full profit and loss accountability for all regional sales and service operations, requiring the incumbent to shape local strategies and drive organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Direct and expand the Farm Technologies team across Austria, Switzerland, and Southeast Europe.
- Provide local market insights to help shape broader divisional strategies.
- Manage full profit and loss accountability for all regional sales and service operations.
- Create, refine, and execute the country-level sales strategy for Farm Technologies.
- Strengthen and grow the existing dealer network.
- Evaluate the financial viability of small entities versus importer models.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key customers.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical field.
- Possess extensive international experience in sales, service, and general management.
- Have at least 10 years of relevant professional background.
- Demonstrate advanced business development skills and experience managing complex change.
- Be fluent in both German and English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with legal procedures, labor law, Health & Safety regulations, and commercial rules.
- Ability to communicate in French.
