DXP Architect

The company seeks a Senior DXP Architect in Geneva to design and deliver scalable, composable digital platforms using Contentstack CMS and MACH principles for global clients.

In this position, the firm will rely on you to shape and implement experience-driven digital solutions for international customers. You will act as a bridge between business goals and technical execution, ensuring that complex needs are translated into robust, API-first frameworks that support omnichannel engagement across web and mobile touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the complete architectural design of digital ecosystems built on Contentstack CMS.
• Develop and execute composable DXP strategies that align with client transformation objectives.
• Convert marketing and business needs into scalable, API-first technical solutions.
• Oversee content modeling, taxonomy structures, governance rules, and multi-channel delivery approaches, including localization and editorial workflows.
• Establish integration patterns connecting various ecosystem components such as commerce platforms, DAMs, CDPs, and personalization engines.
• Collaborate with frontend developers utilizing Next.js, React, or Vue frameworks.
• Lead proof-of-concept development, technology assessments, and innovation projects.
• Optimize performance through CDN configurations, caching mechanisms, and edge delivery strategies.
• Provide technical guidance to distributed teams through code reviews, architecture governance, mentorship, and the promotion of best practices.
• Work with DevOps specialists to establish CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment models.
• Serve as a client-facing architect by facilitating workshops, delivering solution presentations, and supporting pre-sales efforts.

Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience working with Contentstack CMS.
• Deep knowledge of headless and composable architecture principles, particularly MACH.
• Track record of successfully delivering enterprise-scale DXP implementations.
• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French is highly valued and strongly preferred.
