End-To-End Planner

ERServices in Grenchen seeks a Mid-level End-To-End Planner to manage cross-site material flow, production scheduling, and bottleneck planning. The role requires SAP expertise, strong planning logic, and fluent English.

This position manages the complete material flow across multiple locations, ensuring work orders are created, processing is coordinated, and finished goods arrive at customers on schedule. The planner aligns production schedules with demand, capacity, and material availability while supporting master planning activities and acting as a backup when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full material flow across sites by creating work orders, coordinating processing steps, and ensuring finished parts meet delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain production schedules for specific portfolios, balancing demand, capacity limits, and material stock.
• Oversee the finishing-area bottleneck at the local site, tracking constraints, prioritizing workflow to protect throughput, and implementing corrective measures when risks arise.
• Assist with master production scheduling by maintaining MPS records, providing rough-cut capacity data, and stepping in as a backup to the Master Planner during busy periods or absences.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or end-to-end supply chain planning within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of MPS/MRP logic, capacity planning, and constraint or bottleneck management.
• Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI and/or an Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) tool such as Kinaxis.
• APICS/CPIM certification, either completed or currently in progress.
• German language proficiency.
