Takeda Pharma AG seeks a Global CMMS Technology Lead in Zürich to drive maintenance standards, system governance, and reliability execution across global sites.
The company is looking for a senior professional to serve as the global program and process lead for Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). This role focuses on the deployment, change management, and sustained adoption of CMMS standards at the site level, while partnering with global leadership to define strategy and ensure governance.
Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce harmonized work management standards to boost site efficiency and foster a performance-oriented culture.
- Develop and refine documentation packages, including SOPs for maintenance, calibration, and spare parts, ensuring standardization and compliance across all locations.
- Oversee global process and data governance for CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, JDE, BMRAM, and Maximo.
- Create and manage the global roadmap for CMMS enhancements, prioritizing opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all CMMS-enabled processes and records adhere to regulatory and engineering compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to align maintenance operations with their specific needs.
- Work with Global Digital/IT and Operational Technology partners to guarantee consistent data capture, system integration, validation, and analytics.
- Define and operationalize key performance indicators, dashboards, and performance routines to monitor system effectiveness.
- Provide functional coaching and support to site maintenance teams, facilitating cross-site knowledge sharing.
- Design and lead a capability-building program that includes training, playbooks, maturity assessments, and coaching models.
- Govern the end-to-end data product for Maintenance, Calibration, and Spare Parts.
- Drive continuous improvement by benchmarking against industry best practices.
- Support global maintenance assessments, such as LAMP.
Requirements
- Proven experience with CMMS platforms, specifically SAP PM, JDE, BMRAM, and Maximo.
- Strong background in maintenance and reliability execution.
- Expertise in change management and governance frameworks.
- Ability to develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Skilled in data governance and ensuring audit readiness.
- Experience defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and creating performance dashboards.
