Fioneer seeks a Global Principal for Cash & Liquidity Solutions in Zurich, working remotely. The role leads solution development and sales for banking clients, focusing on digital transformation and regulatory compliance using SAP Fioneer products.
This role drives the global Cash & Liquidity strategy within Fioneer’s Banking Platforms portfolio, shaping how the company positions its solutions in RFPs, pitches, and strategic bids. It supports the growth of Transaction Banking by translating complex client needs into compelling, differentiated offerings.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and presentation of Cash & Liquidity solutions for RFPs, pitches, and strategic bids.
- Design customized, value-driven solutions based on SAP Fioneer products and technology.
- Integrate Cash & Liquidity offerings into the broader Banking Platform architecture and communicate the transformation path to clients.
- Present Banking Platform capabilities in the context of modernization and regulatory changes.
- Facilitate client workshops and deliver executive-level presentations.
- Convert liquidity, account, and payment requirements into scalable, persuasive solutions and narratives.
- Support go-to-market strategies and contribute to thought leadership.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Cash Management as an integrated ecosystem, including Liquidity Management, cash pooling, virtual accounts, in-house banking, payment hubs, ISO 20022, core banking account architectures, API-driven connectivity, and corporate channels (including ERP/TRM systems), along with regulatory and reporting impacts.
- Practical experience in digital transformation within Corporate or Transaction Banking, understanding how legacy systems transition to platform-based architectures.
- Extensive background in pre-sales, consulting, or solution advisory roles with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to manage and shape large enterprise deals.
- Strong executive presence and skill in structured, persuasive storytelling.
- Confidence in high-pressure client interactions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial awareness, and a deal-shaping orientation.
