Global Program Manager Healthcare (m/f/d)

Kuehne + Nagel seeks a Senior Global Program Manager for Healthcare in Schindellegi to lead strategic logistics initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration within the Freight Forwarding team.

This position serves as a pivotal role within the Freight Forwarding division, dedicated to defining the future of healthcare logistics. The incumbent will spearhead strategic programs, align diverse business units, and enhance cooperation across the Healthcare vertical to ensure successful execution of global initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of the worldwide Healthcare strategy and associated roadmaps.
• Oversee customer implementations and strategic projects that span multiple business units.
• Foster alignment and cooperation among various functions, geographic regions, and business segments.
• Create and manage governance frameworks to guarantee effective decision-making and accountability.
• Spot areas for enhancement in customer relations, operational efficiency, and internal teamwork.
• Generate and distribute industry-specific insights, best practices, and healthcare-focused materials.
• Organize external engagements such as advisory councils and industry events.
• Guide programs from initial concept through to final implementation, ensuring tangible business results.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a pertinent discipline.
• Possess over ten years of experience in program, project, or business management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or MedTech sectors.
• Showcase a track record of formulating strategies and executing them successfully.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management capabilities, including the ability to influence outcomes in a global matrix structure.
• Be highly self-directed, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities in a flexible work setting.
• Have proven experience leading complex international projects and cross-functional teams.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to building relationships.
• Maintain fluent proficiency in English.
• Be available for international travel as required.
