They are seeking a junior service desk agent to support their growing, international team with hands-on technical assistance and service improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other IT tools
• Serve as an on-site support point, offering immediate, in-person assistance to users
• Record user issues in the ITSM tool and maintain accurate documentation
• Follow established processes and use existing knowledge documents
• Manage and reduce ticket backlog efficiently
• Contribute to service improvements by creating knowledge scripts and updating training materials
• Work closely with onsite IT technicians to resolve technical issues

Requirements

• IT education (e.g., IT school, apprenticeship) or relevant hands-on experience
• Fluent in both German and English; additional languages are beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
• Willingness to follow best practices and instructions
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Team-oriented and supportive attitude
• Must provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
