Learning & Development Coordinator

Roger Dubuis seeks a Learning & Development Coordinator in Bellevue, CH, to manage training logistics, vendor relations, and system administration for the Swiss L&D function.

The company is looking for a professional to join its Swiss Learning & Development team. This position focuses on coordinating all operational aspects of the L&D function to ensure training programs are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and engagingly across Switzerland. The role supports a team dedicated to creating tailored educational initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule online and onsite training sessions by liaising with external service providers.
• Handle catering logistics for various locations and verify that services are delivered on time.
• Confirm attendee participation, distribute participant lists to vendors, and send evaluation forms to learners.
• Set up and manage learning events within the Cornerstone LMS, including handling registrations and closing sessions.
• Maintain historical records of training courses and create new course entries in the system as needed.
• Process vendor invoices in SAP to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Monitor invoice statuses and assist the Head of Swiss Learning and Development in tracking the L&D budget.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within a Learning & Development environment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritization and meeting deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Competence in using digital platforms, specifically LMS tools and SAP.
• A proactive attitude toward identifying and solving problems.
• A customer-centric approach to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
