Allianz Suisse seeks a Training Specialist in Bern to deliver and design instructor-led training for Medi24 platforms globally, reporting to the Senior Training Specialist.
This position focuses on providing instructor-led training across all Medi24 platforms, working alongside a global team of specialists and designers. The role involves implementing training delivery and design strategies to support business needs and ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide instructor-led training sessions both in-person and remotely across global operations.
- Design and develop training and onboarding programs using established methodologies and business requirements.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and ensure consistent best practices are followed worldwide.
- Integrate new employees into the business through orientation sessions.
- Review training materials regularly to maintain audit compliance and reflect business updates.
- Work with Instructional Designers to create training materials, aids, and manuals.
- Stay informed about IT system updates, regulatory changes, product modifications, and digital assets.
- Partner with the Global Ops Training Unit to create customized e-learning courses.
- Monitor product and process changes and address staff questions regarding the blended e-learning platform.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for new client onboarding and medical training content.
- Effectively communicate changes and updates to relevant management stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of a monthly training plan to address knowledge gaps and enhance performance.
- Develop customized training plans based on identified needs and stakeholder feedback.
- Assess training effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Manage the new hire academy support network.
- Track training impact through data analysis and speed to competency metrics.
- Maintain the e-learning knowledge base.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Trainer or in a related role, utilizing proven training methodologies for online and classroom learning.
- Medical qualification: Registered Nurse (HF/FH), Paramedic, Midwife, or Medical Practice Assistant (MPA).
- Fluency in German and/or French.
- English language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT.
