The Training Specialist at Allianz Suisse in Bern delivers and designs instructor-led training for Medi24 platforms globally, reporting to the Senior Training Specialist.
This position focuses on creating and providing training programs for Medi24's global operations. The specialist ensures staff are properly onboarded and trained on all platforms, reporting directly to the Senior Training Specialist based in Bern.
Responsibilities
- Provide instructor-led training sessions for global operations, either in person or online.
- Create and update onboarding and training programs using established methods and business requirements.
- Manage new hire orientation to ensure consistent best practices across all locations.
- Help new employees understand the business through structured orientation sessions.
- Review training materials regularly to maintain audit compliance and reflect business updates.
- Work with Instructional Designers to create training resources, manuals, and aids.
- Stay informed about IT system updates, regulatory changes, and product developments.
- Partner with the Global Ops Training Unit to build customized e-learning modules.
- Address staff questions regarding the Blended e-learning platform and share updates with the Instructional Design team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for new client onboarding and medical training content.
- Share updates and new approaches with relevant management stakeholders.
- Help execute a monthly training plan to address knowledge gaps and boost performance.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Trainer or in a similar role, using proven training methods for online or classroom learning.
- Medical qualification such as Registered Nurse (HF/FH), Paramedic, Midwife, or Medical Practice Assistant (MPA).
- Fluency in German and/or French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
