OT Project Manager

The role involves managing OT infrastructure projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with GxP validation requirements in regulated environments, primarily pharma. The position is full-time, onsite, and requires fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OT infrastructure and system projects from start to finish
• Lead the rollout of new lab and manufacturing systems
• Coordinate between IT, OT engineers, business users, lab staff, and vendors
• Control project scope, schedule, and budget
• Handle risk and compliance needs throughout the project lifecycle
• Integrate GxP validation steps into project delivery
• Assist with change management and deployment planning
• Provide regular progress updates to digital and IT leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT/OT project management
• Experience in regulated industries, especially pharmaceuticals, is preferred
• Knowledge of validation processes including CSV and GxP requirements
• Track record in managing vendors and third-party suppliers
• Ability to manage stakeholders across technical and business teams
• Adaptable and collaborative team player
• Experience in multinational or cross-border teams
• Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
• Must provide a criminal record extract no older than three months
