Auterion seeks a Senior People Partner in Zürich to advise managers, handle employee relations, and drive HR operations in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
This position serves as a key advisor to people managers, handling day-to-day HR operations and supporting the broader People Team within a growing organization. The role combines strategic guidance with hands-on operational responsibilities to ensure smooth people processes.
Responsibilities
- Work with teams and stakeholders to refine and implement continuous performance management frameworks.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and offboarding processes.
- Provide guidance on employment law, contract terms, and regulatory compliance to internal teams.
- Assist the People Team with daily operational tasks to maintain efficient workflows.
- Identify and implement process improvements through automation and efficiency gains.
- Lead and contribute to People Team projects, OKRs, and strategic initiatives.
- Draft, review, and maintain employee documentation, ensuring alignment with legal and company standards.
- Generate data-driven reports on workforce trends and engagement to support leadership decisions.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in HR, with a minimum of two years specifically as a People Partner in a scale-up or startup setting.
- Strong understanding of Swiss labor law and practical experience managing employment matters across European jurisdictions, especially Germany.
- Native or fluent proficiency in English.
- Functional working knowledge of German.
Nice to have
- Experience using HR tech platforms like Greenhouse, HiBob, and Deel.
