Product Manager [Lausanne / Geneva / Zurich]

Taurus SA seeks a Mid-level Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle of its digital asset custody solution, bridging product strategy, development, and client success across Switzerland.

This position supports the end-to-end lifecycle of the company’s digital asset custody platform, ensuring successful product delivery and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and key clients to shape and execute the product roadmap effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior leadership in defining product strategy and maintaining the roadmap while communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for product planning.
  • Gather, synthesize, and prioritize client and internal requirements to support decision-making processes.
  • Draft business requirements and user stories for features within scope.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely delivery of roadmap items.
  • Proactively identify and flag risks to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to internal control frameworks.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to create product marketing materials.
  • Maintain and improve product documentation for business users and review API documentation for accuracy and readability.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in client and partner engagements, including RFP responses.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospects and clients.
  • Support ongoing client relationship management, including training sessions to ensure feature adoption.
  • Serve as the product point of contact during integration projects.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in Product Management or a closely related field.
  • Direct experience building digital asset infrastructure, custody solutions, or fintech products.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with software development teams and translate business needs into clear requirements.
  • Comfortable in client-facing roles, including conducting demos, providing training, and managing follow-ups.
  • Structured and proactive approach to managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
