Project Manager

Taurus SA seeks a Mid-level Project Manager in Geneva to lead high-impact digital asset and platform implementation projects within a hybrid work model.

Positioned within the Project & Organization team, this role operates at the convergence of business strategy, technology, and digital assets. The incumbent will manage significant initiatives ranging from platform deployments to strategic cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment with executive priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete project lifecycles for clients, including the design of operating models and the technical setup of custody and tokenization platforms.
• Execute cross-functional initiatives sponsored by the Executive Committee, coordinating across Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Sales departments.
• Generate source-of-funds analyses, perform wallet screening, and compile crypto due diligence reports utilizing blockchain intelligence software.
• Assist with sales RFPs and RFIs while addressing ad-hoc commercial or operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Hold a Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Possess 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably within a top-tier consulting firm or in project management roles at financial services or fintech organizations.
• Demonstrate a robust understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the wider digital asset landscape.
• Be fluent in both French and English.
• Be available to travel to client sites when necessary.
