Bühler seeks a Senior Project Manager in Makati City to lead engineering projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards while managing cross-functional teams.
The company is looking for an experienced professional to oversee engineering projects from start to finish. This position focuses on guiding the project team to meet specific goals related to costs, timelines, quality, and environmental health and safety. The role also entails leading final negotiations and defining the execution strategy for assigned projects.
Responsibilities
- Secure formal agreement on the project schedule baseline from all relevant stakeholders at the project's inception.
- Implement effective risk assessment and opportunity management strategies.
- Conduct and document Project Reviews in accordance with the company's established project management protocols.
- Lead site briefing meetings and ensure the complete transfer of all necessary documentation to site personnel.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI), to maintain forecasting accuracy.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- At least four years of experience as a Project Manager, demonstrating full-cycle project management capabilities.
- Proven experience in Plant Engineering is mandatory.
- Strong organizational abilities with a talent for prioritizing tasks and managing teams effectively.
- Ability to navigate and succeed within a matrix organization structure.
- Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- PMI or PMP Certification.
