Regional Income Development Executive

Zurich Insurance Group seeks a Regional Income Development Executive to drive F&I sales growth in the Northeast territory through dealership partnerships and training.

This position focuses on expanding Finance & Insurance (F&I) product sales within the large franchised automotive dealer network across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont. The role operates from the assigned region to foster account growth and secure new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional profitability and sales expansion for the Finance & Insurance portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while generating referrals for new F&I business within the large franchised automotive dealer sector.
• Deliver ongoing training and development to dealership staff to support performance and key growth initiatives.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external partners through email, intranet updates, and newsletters.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and training sessions to advance marketing objectives.
• Adapt to evolving technology needs of customer accounts and secure internal support to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate remotely from a home office in a flexible, entrepreneurial setting.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree with at least two years of sales experience, or possess a High School Diploma (or equivalent) alongside four years of sales experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with core sales principles, methodologies, and industry terminology.
• Prior experience conducting training within automotive dealerships.
• Proficient understanding of dealership technology systems.
• Solid grasp of various Finance & Insurance product offerings.
• Awareness of warranty claim processes and related terminology.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
