Senior ASIC Design Infrastructure & Methodologies engineer, MLA-MI - Annapurna Labs

Amazon Switzerland seeks a Senior ASIC Design Infrastructure & Methodologies engineer for its MLA team in Switzerland. The role focuses on automating design flows and building large-scale solutions to accelerate silicon development for AI workloads.

This position sits within the Machine Learning Acceleration team, which is responsible for designing system-on-chips (SOCs) tailored for AI applications. The primary objective is to enhance silicon development speed by creating automated design flows and robust, large-scale infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy new methodologies and infrastructure that enable design teams to work efficiently without compromising quality standards.
• Improve and construct design flows to significantly increase the productivity of design teams.
• Work with external vendors to assess, evaluate, and qualify new design tools and their updated versions.
• Partner with architects, designers, verification engineers, and other cross-functional colleagues to refine current design flows and introduce innovative automation strategies.
