Senior DevOps Engineer

Alohi SA is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Geneva to design, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment processes for its global customer base.

This position focuses on building and managing the underlying infrastructure for cloud-based applications. The engineer will partner with developers to guarantee that software deployments are secure, efficient, and scalable for millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy infrastructure solutions tailored for cloud environments.
• Develop automated workflows for application deployment, testing, and system monitoring.
• Work alongside development teams to guarantee smooth application scaling and deployment.
• Track system performance metrics and resolve technical issues promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a comparable capacity.
• Deep understanding of major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Puppet.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python or Bash.
• Practical knowledge of containerization solutions such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Fluent English proficiency, ranging from professional to native level.
