Blp Digital, a fast-growing Swiss SaaS scaleup backed by Goldman Sachs, is hiring a Senior Enterprise SDR in Zürich for a hybrid role. The position focuses on enterprise manufacturing and industrial accounts, with a target of €1.2M ARR annually, supporting the company’s expansion into the UK.
Blp Digital is redefining ERP automation using agentic AI, with its solution deployed in over 40 countries and automating more than 70,000 processes daily for large enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. The Senior Enterprise SDR will lead outreach to enterprise manufacturing and industrial clients, collaborating with the sales team to engage CFO, CPO, CEO, and CIO stakeholders and drive pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic outreach to enterprise manufacturing and industrial accounts via cold calls and personalized messages, targeting CFO, CPO, CEO, and CIO decision-makers.
- Develop customized value propositions by understanding pain points in Finance, Procurement, and IT related to Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash workflows.
- Identify and nurture large accounts by mapping multiple stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, IT, and executive leadership.
- Conduct and lead 30-minute discovery calls with C-level executives, taking full ownership of the conversation and outcome.
- Stay current on market trends, procurement and finance processes, and developments in Agentic AI and ERP automation.
- Manage complex client tasks, anticipate roadblocks, and ensure progress through the sales cycle.
- Meet an annual quota of €1.2M ARR in closed-won deals sourced independently.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably targeting manufacturing, industrial, or finance/procurement buyers, with a history of building stakeholder maps and exceeding targets in complex enterprise deals.
- Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for CFO, CPO, CEO, or CIO audiences.
- Resilience to handle rejection and maintain momentum through long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- A problem-solving attitude and natural curiosity that leads to innovative approaches.
