Senior Manager, Global Supply Planning Innovation and Optimization

VF International seeks a Senior Manager to lead the post-launch evolution of the Helix supply planning platform, leveraging AI and agile methods to drive continuous improvement and adoption across EMEA.

This position operates at the crossroads of planning, transformation, and innovation. The primary objective is to safeguard user adoption following the Helix platform's go-live while continuously enhancing its value. The incumbent will shape the strategic roadmap, calibrate system enhancements, manage change initiatives, and utilize AI-driven experimentation to align the platform with evolving business priorities and operational feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead the post-launch evolution agenda for Project Helix, ensuring iterative improvements based on user feedback and operational needs.
• Define and execute the enhancement roadmap to balance immediate business requirements with long-term platform scalability.
• Establish governance structures and operating rhythms to sustain continuous platform evolution.
• Utilize AI and agile experimentation to rapidly test concepts, explore alternatives, and develop practical solutions that boost planning effectiveness.
• Identify specific use cases where artificial intelligence can accelerate analysis, prototyping, and scenario testing.
• Collaborate closely with both business and technical teams to foster rapid learning and quick experimentation cycles.
• Pinpoint new business opportunities to maximize the potential outcomes and utility of Helix capabilities.
• Ensure all platform developments are tied to measurable outcomes and a clear understanding of value creation.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption rates, and track performance improvements over time.
• Translate complex planning challenges into clear metrics, insights, and prioritized improvement areas.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience integrating AI solutions into standard business workflows.
• Working knowledge of current AI technologies and their practical applications.
• Proven background in business operations, supply chain management, or organizational development.
• Strong grasp of global supply and material planning processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset combined with the capability for hands-on execution.
