Senior Product Manager - Post-Booking User Experience

Perk Yokoy seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the post-booking user experience, integrating AI to create a seamless 'seven-star service' journey for travelers.

This position is responsible for the entire customer journey, starting from trip confirmation and ending with the traveler's safe return. The primary objective is to unify various tools into a cohesive post-booking experience known as 'seven-star service'. The role requires leveraging artificial intelligence to scale this high-quality service model effectively.

Responsibilities

• Define clear standards for excellence and drive their implementation through hands-on execution.
• Utilize AI applications to speed up processes ranging from initial research and prototyping to content creation and data analysis.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure the user experience meets high standards.
• Rapidly formulate hypotheses, conduct small-scale tests, and analyze the resulting evidence.
• Make decisive, well-supported choices regarding feature development and deferral.
• Coordinate with various departments, including product, operations, AI, and customer support, to ensure alignment.
• Convert complex insights into concise, actionable briefs that guide team efforts.
