Responsibilities
- Generate new business by utilizing networks of clients, brokers, TPAs, and ecosystem partners.
- Source and cultivate leads across international markets to maintain a strong pipeline of deals.
- Structure and underwrite complex Embedded Insurance schemes, applying reinsurance capacity while adhering to risk quality standards.
- Manage strategic partnerships from initial engagement through negotiation and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Foster and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners.
- Design optimal client solutions by combining product expertise with collaboration among global specialists.
- Support team capability development, including advancements in product innovation and risk assessment methods.
- Track portfolio performance against bottom-line results and market impact metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in origination, with a proven track record of sourcing and converting new business.
- Extensive knowledge of Embedded Insurance products across multiple lines.
- Strong understanding of the value chain, including roles in product design, distribution, and claims.
- At least five years of underwriting experience or a solid background in broking.
- Advanced skills in relationship management and negotiation, with experience handling complex, senior-level interactions.

- Experience working in international or cross-border settings.
- Familiarity with product development processes.
- Existing connections with Third Party Administrators (TPAs), MGAs, or Embedded Insurance platform providers.
- Additional language proficiency beyond English, particularly in German, French, or Spanish.
- A history of contributing to team capability building, knowledge sharing, or thought leadership.
What the company offers
- A base salary ranging from CHF 136,000 to CHF 204,000 for full-time employment.
- Eligibility for performance-based annual bonuses and other rewards.
