Solution Consultant - Quality - DACH

Veeva seeks a Solution Consultant - Quality for the DACH region, based in Basel, Switzerland, with full remote flexibility. The role involves supporting sales by understanding customer needs, demonstrating Veeva Quality Cloud solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

Veeva, a pioneer in industry cloud solutions for life sciences, is looking for a Solution Consultant to support the sales process for its Quality Cloud applications. As part of a high-performing, supportive team, you will help customers understand how Veeva’s solutions can transform their operations, contributing to faster therapy delivery to patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer needs and requirements
• Design and deliver customized demonstrations of Veeva Quality Cloud applications
• Use industry expertise to explain the business value of Veeva’s solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success throughout the sales cycle
• Prepare value-based responses for RFPs and RFIs
• Lead workshops, conference room pilots, and proofs of concept to help prospects visualize their workflows in Veeva
• Support marketing efforts including webinars, recorded demos, and industry events
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers during and after the sales process

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, or another regulated industry
• 3+ years of experience with Quality Assurance software in Life Sciences or medical device/diagnostics
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Fluency in both English and German
• Willingness to travel within the EU as needed
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with initiative and curiosity
• Knowledge of process design and quality operations
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Nice to have

• Previous experience in pre-sales or other customer-facing roles within a software company
• Experience with SaaS or cloud-based applications
• Background in consulting or software implementation projects
• Fluency in Italian, French, Spanish, or other languages
