Microsoft seeks a Senior Strategic Account Technology Strategist in Zürich to lead technology strategy for a major global insurance client, aligning business goals with Microsoft's AI, Cloud, and Security solutions.
The company is looking for a senior professional to serve as a trusted advisor for one of its largest global insurance accounts. In this role, you will partner with C-level executives to define and execute technology strategies that drive business outcomes, ensuring customer priorities align with Microsoft's advanced solutions in AI, Copilot, Security, Cloud, and Data.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with top-level business and technology leaders to shape and implement technology strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Align customer objectives with Microsoft’s portfolio of AI, Copilot, Security, Cloud, and Data technologies.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to accelerate innovation, transformation, efficiency, and growth within the account.
- Lead strategic account planning, forecasting, and execution across cross-functional teams.
- Provide industry and technology thought leadership to both customer and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, combined with several years of experience in technical consulting, consultative selling, business consulting, or related technology roles; equivalent experience is also accepted.
- A solid understanding of the insurance industry, including its business models, market dynamics, and transformation challenges.
Nice to have
- A proven track record of driving digital transformation and achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Prior experience within the insurance or broader financial services sector.
- German language proficiency to facilitate effective collaboration with local customers and stakeholders.
What the company offers
- A typical base pay range for this position across Switzerland is CHF 154,000.00 to CHF 300,200.00 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for additional benefits and compensation packages.
