Strategic Account Executive - Professional Services sector

Microsoft seeks a Senior Strategic Account Executive in Zürich to lead its relationship with Adecco, driving enterprise-scale AI, data, and cloud transformation initiatives.

The company is looking for an executive to manage one of its most critical customer partnerships during a significant period of change in the workforce solutions industry. This role focuses on guiding Adecco from early-stage artificial intelligence experiments to large-scale enterprise implementation, redefining how the client leverages technology to shape the future of work.

Responsibilities

• Manage the executive-level partnership with Adecco, ensuring technology spending aligns with their business transformation and future-of-work goals.
• Create and implement a multi-year strategy to boost growth by integrating AI, data, cloud, security, and workforce transformation projects.
• Facilitate discussions with C-suite leaders regarding industry shifts, supporting the client in redesigning its business model through intelligent platforms and agentic innovation.
• Coordinate Microsoft’s internal teams and external partners to ensure successful customer outcomes and deliver long-term strategic value.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, identifying and closing major transformational opportunities.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree combined with substantial experience in managing strategic enterprise accounts, business transformation programs, or large-scale customer engagements, or equivalent professional background.
• Ability to convert business strategies into technology and transformation roadmaps, along with a proven track record of influencing top-level executives and decision-makers.
• Extensive experience in securing complex, multi-million-dollar business deals and establishing long-term partnerships.

What the company offers

• A typical base salary range for this position in Switzerland is CHF 231,600.00 to CHF 470,000.00 annually.
