Strategy Consultant

Fusion Consulting AG seeks a Senior Strategy Consultant to lead high-level advisory work on data, AI, and technology strategy for clients in a fully remote capacity.

This senior advisory position sits within the Data Office and focuses on helping clients rethink their approach to data, artificial intelligence, and technology. The role bridges high-level strategic thinking with practical execution, guiding leadership teams on investment priorities, governance structures, and change sequencing. Consultants lead the entire engagement lifecycle, from initial workshops to final recommendations, ensuring complex technical concepts are translated into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate strategies for data, AI, and technology that support client business goals
• Facilitate client workshops, steering committees, and executive discussions from start to finish
• Create and present business cases for data and AI investments linked to measurable outcomes
• Design sustainable governance models for data and AI operations
• Advise on technology and platform selection without managing the technical implementation
• Simplify complex technical subjects for leadership through clear visual storytelling
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and align diverse functional agendas
• Mentor both client teams and internal colleagues on structured problem-solving and strategic communication
