Richemont seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Meyrin to lead recruitment for its Swiss retail operations, ensuring a strong pipeline of diverse talent through strategic sourcing and stakeholder collaboration.

The company is looking for a professional to join the Swiss Market team on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you will partner with the HR Director and Business Partners to execute the local talent acquisition strategy. Your primary focus will be identifying, assessing, and hiring top candidates for retail positions while maintaining a steady flow of qualified applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the local talent acquisition strategy specifically for retail teams.
  • Identify and manage effective sourcing channels, fostering collaboration with business units and maintaining high-quality social media advertising.
  • Ensure transparency by sharing candidate notes in the system and on LinkedIn, and actively contribute to the broader talent acquisition community.
  • Deliver a high-quality experience for all candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proactively search internal databases and external platforms to find diverse candidates.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Manager Europe on various initiatives to support the broader HR talent management strategy.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment KPIs regularly to drive process improvements.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with universities to attract diverse, engaged talent for junior roles.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, either within an agency or in-house.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders in a multicultural, multinational environment.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment functions, including attraction, interviewing, and assessment practices.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the retail industry or a strong interest in the luxury sector.
  • Proficiency in German.
  • Prior experience using Workday and/or SAP systems.
