Groupe la prairie seeks a Temporary Global Procurement Buyer in Zürich to manage sourcing for Marketing Goods, VM, and packaging across La Prairie and Chantecaille brands.
The company is looking for a professional to oversee global category management for specific product lines, including Marketing Goods, Visual Merchandising, and packaging sets for both La Prairie and Chantecaille. The primary focus involves supporting tender processes and ensuring effective category management strategies are executed.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage supplier bidding processes, including RFIs and RFPs, to evaluate results and select partners that maximize value.
- Convert project needs into precise sourcing specifications and commercial scopes.
- Consolidate and summarize bidding outcomes to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define buying requirements in alignment with procurement best practices.
Requirements
- Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification.
- Two to three years of experience in procurement within an international setting or supply chain management.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
