Time Management Specialist (f/m/d) - Project Support in Baden

Bhend Elektroplan GmbH in Baden, CH, seeks a Time Management Specialist for a fixed-term hybrid role. The position supports time management systems and a new system rollout, requiring experience with Interflex and SAP Time modules, Swiss labour law, and strong German and English skills.

This role supports time management operations and contributes to a new system implementation project, ensuring accurate time data and smooth payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Interflex and SAP time management systems
• Investigate and fix system issues in coordination with IT and external vendors
• Carry out month-end checks to ensure payroll runs without disruptions
• Lead process enhancements and serve as backup for the senior specialist
• Record time-data changes and respond to user inquiries
• Verify time entries, shift patterns, and overtime/on-call entitlements
• Design test cases for shift work, document bugs, and report them to technical support
• Maintain data accuracy before system launch and train HR staff

Requirements

• HR qualification with several years of time management experience (Interflex 6020/6040 preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience with SAP Time modules (PT, PA, PY)
• Strong understanding of shift work, workforce scheduling, and Swiss labour law
• Experience in project work and excellent German and English language skills
