Business Development Manager - International Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal and external teams, utilizing strong communication skills to ensure effective collaboration.
• Navigate international and multi-national settings with cultural awareness.
• Discover new aftermarket avenues that generate customer value and increase revenue.
• Attend B2B meetings to support ongoing collaboration and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years in collaboration, project management, or industrial development.
• Strong grasp of aftermarket operations, ideally within the defense industry.
• Demonstrated capability to build relationships, communicate professionally, and thrive in global settings.
• Analytical and proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to pass a security vetting according to current regulations.
