GP STRATEGIES SWITZERLAND GmbH seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales cycles and drive digital transformation partnerships in a remote role.
This position focuses on consultative, enterprise-level selling, acting as a strategic partner for business transformation. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closure, while engaging C-suite executives and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic channel partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including contract negotiations and final closure.
- Grow existing accounts by delivering strategic value and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to define, price, and structure complex client solutions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility to achieve annual targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience selling digital transformation solutions, including ERP, S/4HANA, and automation.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
- Background in improving end-user performance during system implementations.
- Demonstrated success in selling to large enterprise clients.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Systems thinking capabilities and advanced problem-solving skills.
- A commercial mindset focused on client growth and revenue expansion.
- Ability to collaborate and lead within matrixed organizational structures.
