This position acts as the primary connection between Yuh and its users, assisting individuals in navigating their finances and investments through the mobile application. It offers practical exposure to the banking and fintech sectors while ensuring clients receive reliable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for users, focusing on written communication through chat, email, and in-app messages.
• Deliver quick, precise, and dependable assistance regarding the Yuh platform and associated banking functions.
• Clarify product details, features, and procedures in a clear, empathetic way to support user needs.
• Maintain high satisfaction levels by carefully handling requests, following instructions, and solving problems with care and professionalism.
• Spot chances to enhance the user journey and share suggestions for improving services and workflows.
• Record client interactions accurately in internal databases and manage necessary follow-ups.
• Work closely with the Customer Care unit and other teams to guarantee efficient service delivery.
• Adhere to internal policies, regulatory standards, and fair treatment principles in all interactions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for banking, fintech, and customer experience.
• Outstanding written communication abilities paired with a client-focused attitude.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Dependable, meticulous, and capable of working autonomously.
• Ease with digital tools and a quick aptitude for mastering new systems.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German and/or French.
