Customer Care Representative

Swissquote seeks an Entry Level Customer Care Representative in Dübendorf to support Yuh app users with financial inquiries via phone, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.

This position acts as the central connection between Yuh and its users, assisting individuals in navigating their financial and investment activities through the mobile application while gaining practical exposure to the banking and fintech sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls as the main contact for users.
• Deliver precise assistance over the phone to address questions regarding the Yuh platform.
• Walk customers through their financial paths by clarifying available tools and services.
• Maintain high satisfaction levels by following through on requests and handling issues with professionalism.
• Record all client communications in internal databases and coordinate with other teams.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality standards, fair treatment protocols, and regulatory rules.

Requirements

• Hold a completed apprenticeship with a Federal certificate of Competence, Fachausweis, or Berufsmatura.
• Demonstrate prior background in customer satisfaction, ideally within financial services.
• Speak English and French fluently, with the specific language depending on the assigned location.
• Show a strong enthusiasm for financial markets, including stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.
• Possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Be comfortable using standard office software and telephone systems.
• Display a proactive mindset and a willingness to tackle challenges.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

• Knowledge of Italian.
