Lyra Schweiz seeks a multilingual Customer Service Specialist in Wallisellen to support B2B clients and internal teams within a 24/7 international support center.

This position acts as a vital bridge between Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service departments. The specialist operates within a multilingual Support Center that delivers round-the-clock assistance across several countries, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver administrative assistance to Sales and Account Managers.
• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of Swiss small and medium-sized business clients.
• Generate customer usage statistics and prepare management reports.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance automated and online reporting solutions.
• Handle incoming B2B phone calls and respond to Live Chat inquiries.
• Assist in organizing and refining commercial back-office workflows.

Requirements

• Strong organizational abilities and a dedication to high-quality customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken proficiency in German, English, and Italian.
• A formal qualification in business administration or a related commercial field.
• Several years of prior experience in customer service or sales support roles.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of French.
