Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospects generating over £50M in annual turnover.

- Analyze each client’s business model, strategic goals, and specific challenges to recommend the most suitable Ebury solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular contact, detailed call reporting in Salesforce, and high-quality service delivery.
- Refine sales strategies and techniques by incorporating market insights and direct client feedback.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in sales management, preferably within foreign exchange, cross-border financial services, international payments, or cash management sectors.
- Experience in the financial services industry, with an existing professional network being highly advantageous.
- A proven ability to bring energy, passion, and motivation to a sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities with experience building relationships at senior levels within SME organizations.
- Fluency in Swiss-German.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
