Principal Program Manager - PWS Ecosystem & Platforms

Logitech seeks a Principal Program Manager to lead PWS technical program management, bridging product strategy with R&D execution across multiple business units in Lausanne.

This position serves as the primary support to the Head of Product & Innovation for the PWS division, overseeing technical program management. The role connects three distinct business units, translating visionary product strategies into actionable R&D execution. It ensures that hardware, software, design, and strategic partnerships align into a unified program.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the cross-business unit planning cycle for three-year innovation roadmaps and facilitate annual innovation strategy sessions.
  • Manage monthly R&D alignment forums, acting as the liaison between heads of product, hardware engineering, and software engineering across three business units.
  • Coordinate technical efforts for experiences spanning multiple product categories, such as AI workflows, security, connectivity, and sustainability.
  • Align schedules and programs across Design, UX, Software, Hardware, and partner alliances.
  • Define strategic innovation directions with internal and external partners to co-create and mitigate risks in the future product pipeline.
  • Take operational ownership of high-impact, multi-threaded projects that cross traditional functional boundaries.
  • Integrate engineering timelines, software readiness, go-to-market needs, regional specifics, and retail requirements into a single executable plan.
  • Ensure new and existing products interconnect smoothly to form a cohesive hardware and software ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in R&D program management, technical product management, or engineering leadership within consumer electronics or complex hardware/software settings.
  • Proven track record of delivering new hardware and software consumer electronics from development through mass production and launch.
  • Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel globally for business needs.
