Senior Business Travel Consultant - UKI (English speaker)

Perk Yokoy seeks a Senior Business Travel Consultant for a fully remote, two-year fixed-term role. The position focuses on delivering high-touch, personalized travel management for executive clients across the UKI region.

This position supports a specialized team dedicated to managing complex travel needs for senior leaders and high-value corporate clients. The role operates on a two-year fixed-term contract and is entirely remote, requiring a professional who can balance speed, precision, and relationship-building in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete travel lifecycle for VIPs and executives, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and special requests.
• Advise travelers on options that align with their personal preferences, corporate policies, and safety standards.
• Resolve urgent travel disruptions quickly and empathetically to minimize impact on the traveler.
• Manage inquiries across phone, chat, and email channels while maintaining high service standards.
• Meet operational targets related to productivity, handling time, and service level agreements without compromising service quality.
• Foster long-term trust with executive clients through consistent, reliable, and high-quality interactions.
• Work closely with colleagues to uphold a culture of elite performance and service excellence.

Requirements

• Demonstrated background in premium customer service, such as executive travel, luxury hospitality, aviation, or high-end retail.
• Hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Solid grasp of contact center metrics, including efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Polished and discreet communication abilities, with a confident and professional demeanor.
• Capacity to stay calm, make decisive choices, and focus on solutions during high-pressure situations.
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Prior experience assisting C-suite executives, senior stakeholders, or high-net-worth individuals.
• Familiarity with out-of-hours, follow-the-sun, or on-call support models for travel management.
