Axpockwsandbox is seeking a Team Lead Learning & Development to shape and evolve its global learning portfolio, aligning it with business strategy and future skills. Based in Baden, CH, the role involves leading a team of 5, overseeing key learning initiatives, and driving innovation in digital and AI-enhanced learning solutions in a hybrid work environment.
This role is responsible for developing and advancing Axpo’s global learning strategy, ensuring it supports business goals and evolving skill needs. It involves leading key learning initiatives such as onboarding and capability management, while serving as the central liaison for learning experts across countries and business units.
Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve Axpo’s global learning portfolio to match business strategy and future capability needs.
- Oversee strategic learning areas including onboarding, welcome days, capability management, and core development programs.
- Serve as the main contact for learning experts across countries, divisions, and business units to ensure alignment and knowledge exchange.
- Lead and support a team of five learning managers and specialists, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and a performance-driven culture.
- Promote innovation in learning by integrating digital formats, blended learning, and modern technologies, including AI applications.
- Assess learning effectiveness using data, KPIs, and feedback, and refine programs based on results.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in psychology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably with team leadership in an international context.
- Practical experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and a keen interest in digital learning tools and trends.
- Strategic thinking combined with a practical, results-focused approach.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across different countries and business units.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
